On this day the area of Medjimurska, Varazdinska and Koprivnicko-krizevacka county (digital region D3) became the second Croatian region to switch to digital broadcasting. At 23:59 all national and local broadcasters in this area switched to digital reception of television signal. In the meanwhile, local analogue television transmitters remained to work for a short period of time in order to ease local television broadcasters smooth transition period. [ whole article ]
