Project eTax represents a group of services for tax payers (companies and citizens). These enable simple, safe and fast delivery of data from tax applications and tax forms through the Internet.
eTax is a strategic determinant of the Tax Authority development and relation between the Tax Authority and tax payers, not only as tax payers but as users of the Tax Authority services and other public services. Each tax payer is a partner of the Tax Authority in the process of collection of taxes and other levies in the manner that services provided by the Tax Authority enable the tax payer to carry out all legal obligations within legal deadlines and without additional administrative and other costs.
Electronic services system – eTax is fully established on open Internet standards. In this way, it can be used from all present relevant account platforms, regardless of the manufacturer.
Likewise, the integration of the service can also bi carried out into a large number of existing business information systems. This only depends on their possibility to expand and somewhat on the used technological basis. In this manner it is possible to realise further automatisation of business processes so to include interaction steps with the Tax Authority.
Tax Authority electronic services:
ePKK is the Tax Authority electronic service from the system „eTax“. This service provides all tax payers (companies) with simple and safe approach to data on their Tax cards. There is a possibility to check Tax card for the previous year, any day in the current year, as well as the status anticipated in the future. Tax payers may examine the tax card for own company, as well as for other companies for which they have been authorised.
ePDV – provides: filling out of PDV (VAT) electronic form, control of validity of entered data, electronic signature for the form, sending of the electronic form, receipt of delivery note, checking of the status of sent and received electronic forms.
ePDV-K – provides: filling out of PDV-K form, control of validity of entered data, electronic signature for the form, sending of the electronic form, receipt of delivery note, checking of the status of sent and received electronic forms.
eID – provides: all employers and payers of income for non-independent work, i.e. salaries or pensions or very tax payer filling out of ID form, control of validity of entered data, electronic signature for the form, sending of the electronic form, receipt of delivery note, checking of the status of sent and received electronic forms.
ePD - provides: filling out of PD form, control of validity of entered data, electronic signature for the form, sending of the electronic form, receipt of delivery note, checking of the status of sent and received electronic forms.
eSR - provides: filling out of monument annuity electronic form, control of validity of entered data, electronic signature for the form, sending of the electronic form, receipt of delivery note, checking of the status of sent and received electronic forms.
eTZ - provides: filling out of tourist board form, control of validity of entered data, electronic signature for the form, sending of the electronic form, receipt of delivery note, checking of the status of sent and received electronic forms
The continuation of initiated project to set up the system for annual application of income tax (eDOH) through the Internet, set up of the system for application of ID1 and IP forms through the Internet and set up of the system ePPPO (delivery of data on non-taxable insurance premium) is planned in 2009.
